The Nature is our friend

Time has come now to realize that the energies of the Earth's own kingdoms are very precious! The plants own natural state of ISNESS is the core essence of Life. This is the understanding we all need to free ourselves from limiting thought forms.

The new energy contains a great love both for the planet and the nature.  The new thinking will make us change our attitudes to plants and animals that continuously give us gifts. 
Many cultures on Earth take the nature for granted.  It is here as en obvious part of our lives, it seems, and very few of us have really noticed how many gifts we are receiving from plants and animals.  Everything we take into our bodies comes from the nature!  Our body consists of atoms that have origin in the soil of the Earth. Now it is really time to understand how it all fits together.  We live on a planet where we originally have developed from simple beings, like Darwin discovered.  However, we have been given impulses and structures from creating masters of the other dimensions for thousands of years, that have given us another consciousness.  

The Earth is an interesting planet for beings from many dimensions because it is very special… because we have water and we have the rich life in nature as a consequence of that. This is an enormous abundance. It is really time to appreciate that we live on the most precious planet in our galaxy. The journey down through the suffering and separation is soon over. I the next years to come, we all will open our eyes for the true gifts of nature. When we chose to incarnate in physical body, one of our goals was to enjoy nature because this is the only planet where we can do it.

 

I discovered this by communicating with of my own indoor plants. I had for a while been noticing how my plants thrived.  When moving last year, I considered whether I wanted to bring them with me over a long distance. When I asked them by going into my heart, all but one said yes. The one was an orchid I recently had received as a gift. All the others seem to be my "best friends"!

In the spring last year when I visited a lady who had a huge coffee plant that she had had for many years, I for the first time got contact with a plant on my pendulum!  From that day on, I started to talk with indoor plants, first by the help of the pendulum, and later by asking them yes and no questions… Do you have some plants that you love, try it. This happens actually because when we love a plant or an animal, we besoul them... We give them our soul energy.

When we are grateful about all the gifts that the animals and plants give us, the energy comes back to us in different ways.  This is especially important, both according meals and everything we eat.  And also… all use of animals for work, labour and leisure. Then we bring both them and ourselves into a higher frequency!

 It is important to realize that we don’t need to think about whether the food contains all the minerals we need.  What is important to understand now, is that the life force (white light) contains everything in existence! It is important to have an absolute certainty that the Life force flowing into your being gives you everything you need.  It is actually very much more important to enjoy the food, be grateful and love what you eat, than to see to that it contains the right minerals and vitamins.  Be grateful for the food… because everything you take into your body are gifts from the nature!

When we focus on what minerals and vitamins we lack, we give energy to that, so we lack it. Realize, that you consist of life force energy! It has the ability to transform itself to EVERYTHING in existence. It is our limiting thoughts that make us need food. People who focus on living on light are able to live without food.

A couple of examples of ways we can bring ourselves, the animals, the plants on our planet higher vibration.

Every time I make a cup og "Cafe Latte"(the Italian version of coffe with milk), I see all the atoms as white light in vibration and say to them that they are a gift of love to all my cells.  I actually say it to the water before I make the coffee also.  Then I thank all the cows in the entire world for the wonderful gifts we receive from the milk (I love cheese and butter too!)  Then I thank the coffee tree for the gifts of taste and aroma and then I thank those who picked the coffee berries and those who produced the coffee.

For breakfast I usually eat a slice of bread with banana.  Whilst cutting the slice of bread, I thank the wheat, the rye, the oat, the sesame plant and the linen plant that all are ingredients in the bread.  Then, when putting butter on the bread, I thank the cows and as I open the banana I visualize a banana palm, sending thanks to it and to those who picked the banana. Then I know that all banana palms receive the gratitude.  As I pour hot water over the tea leaves, I send thanks to the tea bush and those who picked them

The following, a master has taught me to say about what I eat.  It makes the food get the vibration of my body:

 "This food is completely in alignment with my body".
Or - you can say about the food that you eat, whilst visualizing every atom as white vibrating light:
"This food has the highest possible vibration that my cells are able to receive.  It brings my body to it's highest potensial."

 
Meditating on being a plant or a tree is a grand experience..
