The chakra field - bubbles of conviction, based on the painful baggage
Map of where in the body our emotions are situated.

In our Western tradition we have been accustomed to perceive each other mostly as our bodies. Nevertheless, we use the thoughts and feelings when we communicate and meet other people, right? Because we are used to the physical senses being emphasized, we are not accustomed to thinking of ourselves as bigger than the physical body. Yet ... we can think of another human being - or feel something about another human being - who is far away from us. Thus, we extend far beyond our own body! It is a matter of the way we think about ourselves.

This represents a new way of thinking. Our website encourages you to expand your perception. The way we think, keeps us stuck in the status quo. By changing the thinking, we can experience a completely new world. If we expand our horizons, we can change the world. We actually walk around like bubbles of perceptions about how the world is. These bubbles are very much caused by the wounds we carry with us in our inner being. Take a look beneath:

In recent years, most of us have become familiar with Eastern traditions through various types of natural medicine. Many of you have probably seen pictures of the meridian system that shows the points where the acupuncture needles are put to make the life force (chi) flow. Chinese thousands-years tradition is fortunately spread all over the world.
At the picture to the left you will see a schematic representation of the chakra system, from a side angle. This is "rough division" of energy supply to the body. This is the way the life force comes in ,"circulating" in the body when we are completely free from blockages. The flow comes in from both above and below (!) to form an energy field that serves as a magnetic field. The flow of energy is concentrated in a column along the spine. It splits at the heart so that half will continue right up (and down) and the other half flows forwards and backwards and into the field. The flow channels, are called chakras, where the energy is moving in circular motion. It is only at the heart the energy flows out into the field.  All the other chakras are flowing into the body. (shown with blue arrows)

This is the system that makes us cling to our feelings! It's not just the neutral life force that flows through this field. It is neutral only until coming into the system. Once the energy is in the field, it is colored by our perception of life, about the world and not least the way our thoughts are colored by the wounds of our soul.

This is why human thinking needs to get as much as possible like the nature of the life force to create harmony and love.

When we meet a situation in which we experience emotional pain, our soul’s nature conclude for ex: "I'm not good enough the way I am" or "the others think that I'm stupid" or "it's my fault". The Life force, which consists of conscious energy, immediately relates to the statements that don’t match its conviction. In computer language we would say that the life force is not fully compatible with the energy of the person. The Life force which is love energy, meets our energy that limits itself because we have been wounded and have suppressed our feelings.
The Life force is being blocked at the same places in all people with the same type of thought and feeling patterns. Therefore we have created a map that can be of help to you when you want to work with yourself on your own.
When such patterns are strong and are repeated, they block chakras so that the supply of life force becomes weaker. It creates pain in the body. This is the way physical illness occurs.
When we are born, we are like "unwritten sheets". Then the energy flows in our system without obstruction. As soon as we start living, we begin to take in the perceptions of the people in our surroundings. When we are old enough to get education, we face experiences that create wounds. Eventually we take in our perceptions largely through meeting with different environments. In addition most people's thoughts are influenced by the collective fields that lie between people.

Summary of where the emotions are hidden in our body

The crown chakra
Is placed on the top of our head. The more flow here, the more we see and feel ourselves as a part of the Universe and the more we understand our wonderful connection to All There Is.

The third eye or forehead chakra
When we don't want to hear, see or understand, we have problems with eyes and ears.  We might punish ourselves tins way ot it is too painful.  When we are not willing to realize or admit things, we get pains in our teeth.  When we suppress our soul's wisdom and guidance we get problems with the jaw.

The Throat chakra
In this chakra a long row is hidden:
At the back: feeling of not worthy of love, not worthy of life and similar.
Left side of the neck: Feeling of not allow oneself to enjoy life.  Feeling of being lied to and feelings related to dishonesty. To feel fooled.
Right side of the neck: To feel the need to punish oneself, judge oneself, To feel violated. To feel disparaged.
Front of neck: To feel that nobody cares, that nobody sees us or hears us.

The thymus chakra
Just above the heart is a chakra that is not reckoned as one of the main charkas, but it is very important for most people.  The Thymus chakra is situated at the top of the breastbone and in the corresponding area at the back plus top of shoulders.
Here is the feeling of responsibility is placed.  We easily take responsibility for everything and everybody… Time has come to let people find their own ways, to let them take fully responsibility for themselves as soon as they are old enough.
Front: The
feeling that we don’t deserve… love, anything! Shoulder: Feeling that we need to do, must do, must manage.
At the back: feeling of responsibility and obligation.

The heart chakra
Front: In the middle, grief, pain, self pity, to feel that we need to sacrifice ourselves, bitterness, despair.
Back: Anger, self anger, frustration, irritation, disappointment, self-hatred, hatred, contempt, bitterness.
Longing is situated behind the shoulder blades.  (When you realize you ARE love, you don't need to long for it!)

Solar plexus chakra
Front: the feeling
fear. Fear is always linked to something, so fear will always occur more than one place and prevent flow in other charkas.  I have found out that the headache I have often had since I was a child, comes from fear!
Front, also:
Feeling lonely, feel that things are unfair. nervousness, worry.
Back: Worry about money, fear of loosing your divine power.

Hara chakra
Feeling
of guilt and inadequacy are situated in our hips. Feeling that other people are better than us. Jealousy and envy come from the feeling of not being good enough.  We take on guilt of the most incredible things!  Very often the guilt we carried is irrational.
feeling of sexual suppression.  Lack of feeling pleasure in general in life is also situated here. Reluctance.
The feeling that we need to be perfect to be loved and/or accepted.
Wanting to blame others is situated at upper edge of our hips.

Root chakra

Feeling that we want to die, not want to live, hopelessness, powerlessness, wanting to give up,
Feeling failure, shame, despair.

Lower root chakra
Lack of feeling of trust in life.  Not daring to make choices. Feeling insecure. Feeling of no point in living.

More about the relationship to our body

The most important thing, is to accept our body.  Then, to give it a lot of love!  Then, maybe you, like me, need to forgive yourself for the way you have treated it?  Our body is a wonderful gift with the most subtle and wonderful mechanisms there are on Earth... and we usually take it for granted... Start to give your body gratitude and joy every day and experience that it will meet you.  Start talking with your cells! Thank them for what they are doing for you.  They are all conscious and cooperate to create beautiful YOU!

Our body consists of energy in different forms. It consist of physical atoms, creating cells.  We usually think of the body as a physical instrument with which we move around.. and enjoy life.  The body is a wonderful gathering of living cells that are able to communicate with us. Every cell is connected to the soul energy, carrying your memories, your emotional baggage.

The body has its own language and when we search, there are lots of treasures buried inside it. It’s just that we, in our tradition haven’t learned how to reach these treasures.  The most important is to listen to the signals that the body gives us, pain, uneasiness or symptoms.
Our cultural ways of perceiving have prevented us from communicating with our bodies to find the cause of illnesses that occur.  Instead we have learned to go outside of ourselves to find answers.
Many still seems to think that illness comes along
by coincidence... It is not so! The illness occur because a painful situation that our soul can't cope with, has developed as a repeated, more or less subconscious thought patterns.

So when a pain occurs in your body, go into the pain and communicate with it! Our body is always connected to the soul. When the soul enter the baby in the womb, it becomes the body.  New born babies are thus beings of free flowing life force, but very soon the body starts to get blocked by things happening in our lives. Cell memory is triggered and we interpret situations far more painful than needed... This makes the pure energy of love that the soul consist of get locked inside every cell. These tools are a way of giving ourselves back to ourselves........ The soul is our inner true Self!
